Bradford Legal Succeed with Motorcycle Accident Case at the District Court

In PJS v Shire of Koorda Bradford Legal brought a claim against the Road Authority for leaving a sealed road in a slippery condition. Judge McCann found that the Shire of Koorda was negligent and awarded our client $459,118.77. Our client’s damages were reduced by one-third for his contributory negligence.
