Our scholarship program is open to all students, from part-time to post-graduate.
To apply, you’ll need to complete an essay of 1,200 words about standing up against injustice – A person who stood up against injustice in their time.
We welcome creativity and originality! Students may apply only once, and all applicants must be 18 years or older. Applications must:
- Be submitted in Word document form
- Be emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org by December 4, 2018.
- Include your name, contact information, and proof of enrollment, as well as information on the school you attend.
The Selection Process
All submissions are scored by staff members, using these criteria:
• The amount of detailed information in the essay• The writer’s creativity • The applicant’s vocabulary and command of the English language
The highest-scoring essay will be chosen as the scholarship winner. To win, your essay must be 100% original, contain no profanity, and not be published elsewhere. The scholarship will be given in December 2018; we’ll notify the winner according to the preferred contact method listed in their application. If the winner doesn’t respond within two weeks, we’ll choose another applicant.
All taxes on the scholarship amount are the responsibility of the winner.
