In Hodge v Barham Bradford Legal were successful in a claim against a party host where a 21st birthday was held. Whilst our client was walking across the patio the party host attempted to dance with her. The two fell to the ground and our client suffered significant injuries. Judge Derrick found that the party host was responsible and awarded our client damages of $373,331.00.
